Mapo Tofu

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg soft tofu
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 4 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 roll ground pork
  • grated ginger
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • white rice

Instructions

  • Cube tofu.
  • Simmer in salt water for 3 minutes.
  • Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili garlic paste, and stir to make broth.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground pork. Cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Add ginger and garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
  • Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
  • Add broth mixture to pan and bring to a boil.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve over rice.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
