Ingredients
- 1 pkg soft tofu
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 roll ground pork
- grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped
- white rice
Instructions
- Cube tofu.
- Simmer in salt water for 3 minutes.
- In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground pork. Cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Add ginger and garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
- Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
- Add broth mixture to pan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve over rice.
- Sprinkle with onions.
