Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole grain toast
  • 2 avocados smashed
  • 2 strips bacon chopped
  • 3 tbsp pomegranate arils
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds pepitas
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • microgreens for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Top whole-grain toast with avocado, chopped bacon, pomegranate and pumpkin seeds. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper and microgreens.
