Ground Pork & Cabbage Stir Fry Over Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Ground Pork
  • 1/2 tsp seasoning salt or salt to your liking
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 small bell pepper
  • 4 cups chopped cabbage Stir Fry
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp minced ginger
  • 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  • In a small dish, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, rice wine vinegar, and sriracha. Set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Add Fresh Ground Pork to the hot skillet. Add salt, garlic powder and onion powder. Season to taste.
  • Using a spatula break up the Fresh Ground Pork into small crumbles as it cooks. Brown the meat, cooking to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Drain excess grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan. Let ground pork rest for 3 minutes.
  • Add onions and peppers. Cook for about 1 minute until softened. Pour half the sauce over the Fresh Ground Pork, onions and peppers and stir until coated.
  • Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet. Cook cabbage with ground pork just until the cabbage greens are wilted. Pour the remaining sauce over the stir fry and 1) serve hot, 2) serve hot over your favorite ramen noodles, or 3) serve hot over zucchini noodles.
