- 1 pkg soft tofu
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 4 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 roll ground pork
- grated ginger
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup green onions chopped
- white rice
Cube tofu.
Simmer in salt water for 3 minutes.
Combine broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and chili garlic paste, and stir to make broth. In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground pork. Cook ground pork to an internal temperature of 160°F.
Add ginger and garlic. Cook for an additional minute.
Add tofu and cook until golden brown.
Add broth mixture to pan and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat.
Serve over rice.
Sprinkle with onions.
